Have you ever felt like you are supposed to do something that seemed completely irrational?
That was how I felt when God called me here. I mean, don’t get me wrong, I love Jesus and I love to write but, I am no theologian. I have yet to attend seminary and in all honesty, 9 days out of 10 I am a hot mess (emphasis on the mess). These writings, these things the Lord is calling me to share, these are my thoughts to the Lord why would he call me to put them here?
After months of swirling this thought around, praying through the gut wrenching horrors of complete embarrassment, and seeking the only one who knows it all he laid it out so eloquently and gracefully..
“For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope… Jeremiah 29:11
… yes father, Here I am.
His thoughts are higher than mine, they go beyond all human reasoning, he loves us so completely that he has allowed us to come into his presence and he wants his words to be poured out. I hope that is what you feel when you read these words of one soul overflowing from an offering that goes beyond all reasoning.
